The head of the Noginsk district ordered local officials not to use the words “financial crisis,” and called on local businessmen to follow the same rule, so as not to give in to defeatism.
A local entrepreneur selling video monitoring equipment put up an outdoor advertisement that read: “The country is f*cked up, but we have everything under control”.
Officials were quick to order the entrepreneur to remove the billboard. Apparently, officials did not like the fact that the advertisement depicts the “new letter” of the Russian alphabet, Pesets.
