Kremlin watchman to election commission

President Vladimir Putin has appointed Leonid Ivlev, deputy head of the presidential administration, as a member of the Central Election Commission. Ivlev will replace Igor Fedorov, former head of administration of the Civic Chamber. Ivlev is the deputy head of the domestic policy department at the presidential administration. .
