Russia: 20 forms of election fraud

The Russian opposition parties, SPS, KPRF, and Yabloko, have recorded cases of massive vote rigging during the elections to the State Duma on 2 December 2007. KPRF chairman Gennady Zyuganov said the authorities used around 20 different forms of election fraud.

The most common forms of vote rigging were: absentee voting and voting under management supervision; multiple voting without identification; vote rigging using electronic voting machines; election campaigning at polling stations and vote buying; voting at home. .
