The Estonian Bureau of Lesser Used Languages (EstBLUL) invites participants to a conference, Traditional Russian Minority in Estonia and Europe, on 1-4 October 2008. The conference will look at Russian language and culture and Orthodox Old Believers in Estonia. EstBLUL will cover all costs of transportation and accommodation in Estonia.
